barelyKOSHER is where foodies discover an ever changing and evolving selection of Jewish food with a twist. Our selection is unique, and there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

I come from a family of great cooks; my dad makes excellent scones, so over the years scone-making became an annual competition (I only started winning recently).  My maternal grandmother was an excellent baker, and my paternal grandmother was a trained chef.  This made for a remarkably culinary-rich childhood with a father who has literally eaten everything on the planet (some of it too creepy to mention) and whose best friend was a Cypriot, so I was eating olives and baklava from an early age!
